All services are evidence-based and delivered within recognised sports and clinical nutrition frameworks. Nutrition consultancy does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment but operates in clinical conjunction where required.

Consultations are available in-person in London and online globally, by appointment only. All programmes and packages require completion of a medical and performance intake prior to commencement.
